CE Certification Energy-Saving Silencer Check Valve Suppliers, Supplier

Energy-saving silencer check valve has two connection modes: flange connection and clamp connection. The valve disc adopts the central guide shaft at both ends of the inlet, which is flexible to open and close and accurately positioned. It can be installed horizontally or vertically. The valve disc is spring-loaded, and its rapid closing can effectively reduce water hammer pressure. The sealing surface adopts a combined sealing structure of O-ring elastic seal and metal hard seal, which has good sealing performance and no noise when closed. It also has small size, light weight, and small fluid resistance. It can be installed at the outlet of the water pump in fire protection and HVAC systems to prevent backflow and damage to the water pump.

Frequently Asked Questions

What nominal pressures are supported?
The valve is configured to support nominal pressure ratings of 1.0 MPa, 1.6 MPa, and 2.5 MPa.
What are the testing pressure standards for the shell and seal?
The shell pressure test is conducted at PN × 1.5 times, while the seal tightness test is carried out at PN × 1.1 times.
What media and temperature conditions are applicable?
It is designed for handling water and weakly corrosive fluids across an applicable temperature range of 0°C to 80°C.
What materials are available for the valve body and valve core?
Both the valve body and valve core can be configured in cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel, or stainless steel depending on application requirements.
Which sealing surface materials are offered?
Available sealing surface materials include NBR, Neoprene, EPDM, and FKM (Viton) to ensure leak-free performance.
How is the valve packaged for secure delivery?
Valves are carefully wrapped, supported with protective materials, and packed into reinforced industrial wooden crates to ensure zero damage during transportation.
