The valves are engineered for nominal pressures of 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.4, 10.0, and 16.0 MPa, with shell hydro-testing performed at 1.5 times PN and seat seal testing at 1.1 times PN.
Standard PTFE seals operate reliably up to 150℃, while high-performance Para-polyphenylene seating accommodates operating temperatures up to 300℃.
Depending on body and trim selection, applicable working media include water, steam, oil, nitric acid, and acetic acid.
Material grade "C" designates Carbon Steel (WCB body with 2Cr13 trim), "P" indicates 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, and "R" represents Mo-containing stainless steel (1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti) designed for enhanced corrosion resistance.
Standard connection dimensions are provided across nominal diameters ranging from DN15 up to DN250, specifying precise face-to-face (L), flange outer diameter (D), bolt pitch circle (D1), and bolt pattern (Z-Фd).
All valves are fitted with protective end caps, wrapped in moisture-resistant sheeting, and secured inside heavy-duty, seaworthy wooden crates or pallets to ensure zero transit damage.
