High-Quality High Temperature And High Pressure Power Station Globe Valve Manufacturers, Manufacturer
The high-temperature and high-pressure power station globe valves produced by our company have two standard forms, one is the imported type that complies with the ANSIB16.34 and JISL1E101 standards, and the other is the national standard JB3595. The temperature-pressure levels they follow are consistent, and there is a certain interchange relationship in some pipelines.
There are two structural forms, straight-through type and Y-direct current type. The middle part adopts a valve coverless pressure self-tightening type, which has good sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure conditions. There are two materials for the self-sealing ring, one is low carbon steel, and the other is flexible graphite sandwiched with 316 wire (mesh). The sealing surface is welded cobalt-based cemented carbide, and the pure metal layer after processing is greater than or equal to 3MM. It is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and abrasion-resistant, and has a long service life. The two ends of the branch pipe are welded structures, and the welding grooves can be made according to standards or user requirements. It is used in thermal power plants, petrochemicals, metallurgy, etc. High-temperature and high-pressure water, steam, oil ports, superheated steam pipelines as a start-and-stop device to cut off the safety or regulate the medium.

Frequently Asked Questions
What structural designs are available for these high-pressure valves?
The valves are manufactured in two standard structural types: the straight-through type and the Y-direct current type, allowing flexible deployment depending on system flow and piping layouts.
What pressure classes and test pressures are supported?
The nominal pressure (PN) spans from 1500LB up to 3500LB. Standard performance testing mandates a shell pressure test of 1.5 times the nominal pressure and a seat seal test of 1.1 times the nominal pressure.
What are the maximum temperature limits based on valve body materials?
The maximum working temperatures depend on material selection: WCB operates up to ≤425℃, A105 up to ≤540℃, WC6 up to ≤555℃, and WC9 can withstand up to ≤570℃.
How does the valve ensure a reliable seal under extreme working conditions?
The center section utilizes a coverless pressure self-tightening structure that leverages line pressure to enhance seal performance. The self-sealing ring consists of either low carbon steel or 316-mesh reinforced flexible graphite, complemented by a cobalt-based cemented carbide sealing face (layer thickness ≥ 3mm).
What pipeline connection methods are provided?
Both branch pipe ends come standard as welded structures. The specific weld preparation grooves can be precision-machined in conformity with international industry standards or tailored customer requirements.
